PARRAMATTA EELS ANNOUNCE GRADUATE POSITIONS FOR EELS INSTITUTE STUDENTS
At the Eels Institute, we believe in providing our students with an exceptional experience whilst they study with us AND we believe in setting them up for fantastic, graduate outcomes once they've completed their studies with us too.
One of the ways that we do the latter is by having our own, Eels Institute graduate program. Each academic year, a minimum of 2 high-achieving, Eels Institute students will secure 12-month, full-time contracts with the Parramatta Eels. These positions are exclusively open to Eels Institute students that graduate from the program within that given academic year.
After an internal application and interview process, we’re very proud to officially announce that Caitlin Christie & Riley Fahey have been successful in securing our first two, graduate positions at the Parramatta Eels.
Caitlin will be joining our Game Day & Events team as a Game Day & Events Coordinator from January 2027. During her time at the Eels Institute, Caitlin completed a 12-week internship with this team (you can read about this here), whilst also engaging in 85+ hours of work experience across the Club.

Riley has already launched into his role as a Consumer Sales Executive with our Consumer team; starting off part-time whilst he finishes his final term at the Eels Institute and transitioning to full-time in January 2027. During his time at the Eels Institute, Riley completed a 12-week internship with the Consumer (Membership) team, whilst also engaging in 70+ hours of work experience across the Club (you can read about this here).

We're so excited to see Caitlin and Riley thrive in their new positions with the Parramatta Eels and we can't wait to continue supporting our inaugural cohort with integrating their learnings from their time with us and navigating their next steps - whether it be further study at university or pursuing an aligned job opportunity!
